A LARGE 13-14kg tender lamb roast prepared in a special sauce composed of Dijon mustard, adjika, khimchi AND presented with a stuffing made from rice, raisins dried fruit and oriental spices. Served with fresh veggies - cherry tomatoes, broccoli, bellpeppers and pomegranate seeds. Serves 15-20.
