The famous traditional German Christmas cake that is baked immediately before advent, held for weeks for "ripening" until Christmas and symbolizes the Christ child in swaddling clothes (currently called "diapers"). This is a full-bodied, heavy, brandy-soaked cake with nuts, candied fruits and raisins that will fill your home with the magical scent of Christmas! It is a centuries old tradition and this cake is home-made by hand at Jack's. And the taste of well made Stollen is FABULOUS!
