A Big Juicy Roast Jack's Turkey with a filling and side dish of your choice.
Option 1: A Jack's Big Turkey marinated in mayonnaise, sour cream with garlic, salt & pepper AND simply stuffed with cherry potatoes. Also a side dish is provided: cherry potatoes with bacon and garlic. The Jack's Big Turkey is decorated with roasted carrots, zucchini, broccoli, tomatoes in olive oil with garlic AND served on Chinese salad leaves and cranberry sauce.
9100 g — turkey from 5500 g + 3400 g of filling and side dish + 200 g sauce.
Option 2: A Big Turkey marinated in mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt & pepper AND stuffed with rice. Also a side dish: boiled rice with carrots, onions, dried apricots, raisins, ginger and cinnamon. The dish is decorated with apples fried in butter, quince and served on Chinese salad leaves with sliced oranges and cranberries.
9700 g — turkey from 5500 g + 4200 g of filling and side dish.
